Banana Berry is Coral Gables' neighborhood juice bar. Every juice is cold-pressed to order from organic produce — beet, kale, citrus, cucumber and ginger — never from concentrate, never with added sugar.
What is cold-pressed juice?
Cold pressing uses a hydraulic press instead of a high-speed blade, so the juice never heats up. That keeps more of the vitamins, enzymes and flavor than centrifugal juicing — a fresher, more nutrient-dense glass.
